The Tektronix 5B42 is a 60 MHz dual timebase plug-in for 5400-series scopes.

Main Sweep 100 ns/Div to 5 s/Div, 1−2−5;  ×10 magnifier (i.e. down to 10 ns/Div), variable ×2.5 (i.e. up to 12.5 s/Div)
Delayed Sweep 100 ns/Div to 0.1 s/Div, 1−2−5
Delay Time 0.2 to 10 times the TIME/DIV setting
Trigger DC or 50 Hz (AC) or 7.5 kHz (LF REJ) to 10 MHz at 0.4 Div or 100 mV; 10−60 MHz at 1 Div or 400 mV
Ext Trig In 1 MΩ // 20 pF, max. 350 V DC + peak AC or 350 Vp-p AC
X input 50 mV/Div, DC or 50 Hz to 2 MHz

Internals

The 5B42 uses several Tek-made ICs − two 155-0109-01 trigger circuits, a 155-0049-xx sweep control, and two 155-0042-03 or 155-0028-00 Miller integrators.
